Our process

A professional result starts before the first spray.

Every appointment follows a repeatable flow: understand the job, inspect the vehicle, control the work, check the result, and hand it back with clear expectations.

Appointment workflow

What happens, in order.

01

Quote request

Send the year, make, model, location, desired package, condition, and current photos. Clear information creates a better estimate.

02

Scope confirmation

We review the request, determine the likely vehicle category and add-ons, and confirm appointment requirements and availability.

03

Arrival inspection

Before setup, we walk around the vehicle, note visible pre-existing conditions, inspect problem areas, and confirm the final price.

04

Organized service

Tools and chemicals are staged by task. Exterior, wheel, glass, and interior materials remain separated while the agreed work is completed.

05

Quality control

The vehicle is inspected again for missed residue, glass streaks, unfinished edges, drips, uneven tire dressing, and remaining touch-ups.

06

Customer handoff

You receive a walkaround of the finished result, review any limitations discussed during the inspection, and approve the service.

Method over shortcuts

Different surfaces need different decisions.

Professional care means using the right product, tool, pressure, moisture, and towel for the material in front of you.

Your appointment checklist

Prepare these six things before arrival.

Apartment or HOA property?

Confirm that mobile washing, water access, electrical access, and runoff are approved before booking. If the property does not permit the work, another location will be needed.

Honest expectations

Detailing improves condition. It does not rewrite history.

Pre-existing scratches, chips, oxidation, dye transfer, worn coatings, torn materials, permanent staining, and deeply absorbed odors may remain. Those limitations are identified when possible and discussed before work starts—because a professional promise should be realistic.
