A quote request may include your name, callback number, service location, vehicle information, requested service, timing, notes, and vehicle photos. Polished AF uses this information to evaluate the request, communicate with you, prepare an estimate, schedule service, and support the appointment.
When you submit the request form, the information is stored in the Polished AF request system so the owner can review the vehicle, prepare a suggested estimate, respond, and manage appointment status. The on-screen price and time range are automated starting estimates, not a final price or confirmed appointment.
Contact and vehicle information is not sold. It may be retained in the private request dashboard, normal text, email, scheduling, or business records as reasonably needed to respond, complete service, maintain records, and resolve questions. Information may be disclosed when required by law or to protect safety and legal rights. You may contact Polished AF to request deletion of a request or its photos.
The hosting provider may process standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, requested pages, and security logs to deliver and protect the website. Polished AF does not use this website to collect payment-card information.
Vehicle photos uploaded for a request are stored privately and used to evaluate the requested service. They are visible only through the owner request workflow. Before-and-after photos or customer feedback will not be presented publicly as a Polished AF result without permission.
Polished AF may use the callback number you provide to respond about the quote, request photos, confirm or change an appointment, and communicate about the service. Submitting a request does not enroll you in recurring marketing messages.
